- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and media agencies, building positive relationships and ensuring a high standard of client service.
- Communicate campaign progress clearly and proactively, providing regular updates, managing expectations and responding to client queries.
- Coordinate client meetings, campaign kick-offs and status calls, ensuring actions and next steps are clearly communicated.
- Develop an understanding of individual client objectives, identifying opportunities to add value and improve campaign performance.
- Work alongside senior team members to strengthen client relationships, support retention and encourage repeat business.

- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, tracking metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement and content views.
- Prepare regular campaign performance updates, highlighting key results, learnings and opportunities for optimisation.
- Work with internal teams to identify and implement campaign optimisations to improve performance.
- Support the preparation of post-campaign analysis reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Develop confidence in presenting campaign results and recommendations to clients and agency partners.
