Overview of the role
Phoenix is a leading UK IT solutions and managed service provider, with a deep specialism in the public sector. We work with organisations across government, healthcare, defence, public safety, education, housing, and the charity sector - helping them modernise with confidence across cloud, data and AI, cyber security, and managed services.
Through strategic partnerships with the world's leading technology providers - and a trusted place on the major public sector frameworks - our work has a direct impact on the services that millions of people rely on every day.
Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Framework Coordinator to support the administration, maintenance, and ongoing management of Phoenix's framework agreements. This role will help ensure our framework information remains accurate, compliant, and up to date, while supporting teams across the business to make effective use of our public sector routes to market
What will you be doing?
- Maintain accurate records of Phoenix's framework agreements, including key dates, documentation, reporting requirements, and renewal activity.
- Monitor active frameworks for new opportunities, mini-competitions, call-offs, and upcoming procurements.
- Ensure framework submissions, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain framework libraries, templates, case studies, CVs, policies, accreditations, and supporting evidence.
- Track framework activity, submissions, wins/losses, and pipeline information across relevant systems.
- Support Bid, Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Operational teams by gathering information and coordinating framework-related activities.
- Keep framework and opportunity information up to date within CRM and business systems.
- Support framework reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
- Assist with the onboarding of new frameworks and the renewal of existing agreements.
- Help ensure Phoenix remains compliant with framework requirements and public sector procurement obligations.
- Identify opportunities to improve framework administration processes and maintain best practice documentation.
