As a Senior MSSP Partner Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with modernizing and enhancing MSSP partner agreements and building the playbooks that govern how future agreements are created, updated, and negotiated. You will join a newly formed team supporting MSSP Revenue Acceleration as SentinelOne evolves its MSSP program and streamlines its overall agreement strategy.
This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the MSSP agreement framework and new agreement standards, partnering closely with Legal, Product, and Partner Managers.
Primary responsibilities include
- Lead the rebuild and launch of MSSP partner agreements, evolving legacy pricing addendums to align with current product offerings and go-to-market motion.
- Prioritize deliverables with the Partner Managers who own each partner relationship, and guide them on playbook creation and adoption.
- Support both new MSSP contracts and updates to existing pricing addendums, ensuring all new agreements align with established standards.
- Build and maintain a new agreement playbook and a pricing addendum update playbook.
- Drive the evolution of the MSSP program by streamlining the overall MSSP agreement strategy, working toward a standard agreement that serves the large majority of partners, with defined paths for exceptions.
- Build the MSSP negotiation playbook, defining target positions, acceptable flexibility, and negotiation strategy for any given MSSP scenario.
- Serve as the point of guidance when negotiations fall outside the playbook, working toward mutually acceptable terms and engaging cross-functional senior leadership as required.
- What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?:
Ideal candidates will have
- 8 or more years of overall experience in a combination of MSSP or partner ecosystem management and contracts management or administration.
- A background working in the partner ecosystem; MSSP partner experience is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of partner ecosystems and partner agreements, including MSSP, SI, and/or GSI experience.
- Hands-on contract experience, such as extensive agreement negotiation as a Partner Manager; formal contract management experience is preferred.
- The ability to review agreements and negotiations and identify potential issues before they arise.
- Experience working with AI and automation tooling is required (Claude, Gemini, etc).
