About the role
The coordinator performs complex program support duties that may encompass database and user management, data entry, record keeping, data research and compliance analysis. Work in this position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-task orientation, excellent communication skills with client and subcontractors, time management and leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables to ensure on-time completion of tasks
- Coordinate day-to-day activity and administration of projects
- Provide customer service and reporting support to projects
- Facilitates on-site conference call meetings with clients as necessary
- Research information and documentation for response to management and/or client requests
- Develop template of charts and information graphs for reports, training materials, and other documents as assigned
- Coordinate all project activities associated with assigned projects
- Develop contract status sheets for projects and update on a monthly basis
- Perform data entry and update and manage program information utilizing database
- Perform administrative QA/QC duties per program requirements
- Develop project plan that considers timeline, resources, and budget
- Editing and production of PowerPoint presentations, training materials, and other technical documents as assigned
- Maintain project database
- Track, compile, and process all necessary paperwork and prepare monthly invoicing of assigned projects per project requirements
- Review and assign appropriate billing codes to invoices.
- Track project expenses and produce expense reports
- Draft and submit invoices directly to client
- Respond to client requests for information and answer administrative questions
- Coordinate mailing and shipping of materials and overnight packages for assigned projects
- Asset management of project equipment and maintenance
- All other duties assigned
Requirements
- 2 years of college or equivalent
- Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record and minimum required level of automobile insurance
- Three years of experience in a professional office environment:
- Two years of providing administrative support
- Two years of experience in coordinating projects

Compensation & Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $20/hour - $25/hour. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
