The role

SoFi’s Affiliate Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Affiliates Manager to join us as we continue to expand and evolve our affiliate partnerships across multiple verticals. This role will lead our “Banking” vertical, with primary ownership across our Checking & Savings, Smart Card, Invest, and Crypto products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and execute affiliate strategy, drive growth and performance across the portfolio, and ensure strong operational and compliance discipline.

You’ll also lead internal stakeholder and partner engagement while overseeing key areas including reporting and analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and program optimization.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the Banking affiliate portfolio across Checking & Savings, Smart Card, Invest, and Crypto, owning strategy, performance, and growth across the vertical
  • Develop and execute affiliate strategies that drive sustainable, efficient growth, balancing volume, acquisition economics, member quality, and long-terMat business objectives
  • Build, manage, and grow high-value affiliate partnerships, from prospecting and negotiation through activation, optimization, and expansion
  • Translate performance data, market insights, and partner trends into clear strategic recommendations and actionable growth opportunities
  • Own portfolio-level forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and optimization, ensuring affiliate investment is aligned to business goals and deployed efficiently
  • Use data and analytics to continuously optimize campaign strategy, partner mix, placements, creative, and channel economics
  • Identify opportunities to improve the affiliate funnel from lead through revenue, partnering with internal teams and affiliates to unlock incremental growth and improve performance
  • Establish and evolve the affiliate partner strategy, including prioritization, relationship development, recruitment, and expansion of strategic accounts
  • Serve as a senior affiliate leader and trusted strategic partner to Business Units, Growth Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around priorities and driving initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Lead executive-level and cross-functional conversations with the ability to influence decisions, resolve complex issues, and represent Affiliate Marketing's perspective across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the Affiliate organization’s strategy, operating model, processes, and capabilities to support continued growth and long-term channel scalability
  • Mentor and develop team members, sharing affiliate expertise and helping build a high-performing, data-driven culture across the channel
  • Highly self-motivated and success-driven professional, capable of generating relationships through own initiative

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with demonstrated experience optimizing, scaling, and growing performance-based partnerships
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally, and across functions and levels
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and data/reporting tools such as Impact, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while balancing competing priorities and driving results
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to independently manage a broad portfolio of urgent priorities
  • Understanding of and commitment to affiliate compliance, including applicable state and federal regulations and internal policies
  • Experience in financial services or fintech preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
