Your Mission
As the Channel Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of go-to-market plans, product launches, demand generation, lead generation, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing for Drucker Diagnostics. This role helps translate product strategy and customer insights into high-quality campaigns, content, sales tools, and measurable commercial results.
In this Specialist role, you will work closely with internal commercial, product development, and operational teams, distributors, and external partners to ensure DDx products are presented consistently, launched effectively, and supported throughout their lifecycle. Channel Enablement Strategy and Materials
- Translate direction from team leadership, segment positioning, product-launch priorities, sales feedback, and partner requirements into clear channel marketing briefs and enablement plans.
- Define the audience, value proposition, required product information, localization needs, format, call to action, and success criteria for distributor- and -partner facing materials.
- Establish and prioritize requirements for partner sales toolkits, co-branded collateral, custom-labeling and specification materials, launch packages, and onboarding resources.
- Maintain visibility into existing partner-facing assets/websites and identify gaps, outdated content, or opportunities to improve consistency and usability.
MarCom Collaboration and Partner Content.
- Partner with marketing communication resources to provide channel context, audience insight, product inputs and partner requirements, and timely feedback throughout development of partner-facing materials.
- Review drafts for channel relevance, accuracy, completeness, usability, and alignment with Drucker brand and positioning; flag for product, regulatory, clinical, and leadership review as appropriate.
- Adapt approved messaging, creative assets, and product information for partner-specific use, including distributor sales tools, presentations, launch communications, and onboarding materials.
- Maintain current channel-material specifications and requirements, and ensure approved assets are handed off to the appropriate team members for production, distribution, and asset management.
Partner Program and Market Readiness
- Work with the Marketing Manager to translate strategic partner priorities into defined channel enablement plans and MarCom deliverables.
- Provide content direction and material requirements for product launches, partner campaigns, distributor meetings, trade shows, and market-development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on event-related materials, content needs, and event logistics.
- Support new-market readiness by defining needs for localization, regional messaging, partner onboarding packages, and channel tools; identify readiness gaps and recommend solutions.
Channel Performance and Improvement
- Maintain and interpret HubSpot data related to partner-level campaigns, engagement, lead flow, and lead hand-off to sales teams.
- Prepare recurring insights on channel-material usage, campaign engagement, lead activity, and partner program performance for team leadership.
- Use performance data, sales feedback, and partner input to recommend improvements to channel materials, toolkits, messaging applications, and future programs.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to support consistent data definitions, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement in channel enablement processes.

Success Measures
- On-time, accurate delivery of product launches, sales tools, campaigns, events, and marketing collateral.
- • Growth in qualified inquiries, campaign engagement, and lead conversion rates.
- • Timeliness and completeness of lead routing, follow-up tracking, and sales or distributor feedback.
- • Adoption and usefulness of sales enablement materials by direct sales teams, distributors, and private label customers.
- Quality, accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of customer-facing marketing materials.
- • Measurable contribution to launch adoption, pipeline development, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in channel marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, content marketing, business-to-business marketing, or a related role.
- Experience supporting distributor, partner, medical device, diagnostics, healthcare, life-sciences, or other technical business-to-business markets preferred.
- Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating with writers, designers, creative agencies, or other MarCom resources to develop marketing materials preferred.
- Alternate education and experience are considered based on the individual candidate.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, website content-management systems, creative-asset-management systems, and presentation-development tools preferred.
- Ability to work within established brand standards, templates, content-brief processes, review workflows, and shared asset solutions.
Work Environment
- Office environment / Hybrid or Remote Eligible.
Requirements
- Travel as needed between Drucker Diagnostics facilities.
- Occasional domestic travel to support distributor national sales meetings, trade shows, partner meetings, customer engagements, and company functions.
