You will take full ownership of end-to-end sales execution, driving proactive prospecting to establish strong relationships with executive decision-makers. By connecting maritime leaders with market-leading data and intelligence, you will directly influence how global trade operates in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting and product demonstrations to final deal execution across the NorthEastern United States.
  • Generate 70%+ of your sales pipeline independently through multi-channel outbound outreach, maintaining a high volume of meaningful daily touches.
  • Establish multi-threaded relationships across complex buying committees, engaging directly with VP and C-level economic decision-makers.
  • Utilize structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) to qualify opportunities, unearth strategic business value, and build accurate forecasts with 90%+ commit precision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Market Analysis teams to execute strategic account wins.
  • Consistently meet and exceed annual quota expectations while maintaining strong CRM hygiene and sales discipline.

What you'll need (Must-haves)

  • 3+ years of experience in new business SaaS sales with a strong, verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets.
  • Proven experience self-sourcing at least 50% of your sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrated success closing $30K–$150K+ ARR deals involving multi-stakeholder buying committees and C-suite economic buyers.
  • Hands-on expertise with MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales qualification methodology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior domain exposure or sales experience within the maritime, commodities, energy, or data/analytics industries.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise sales cycles in fast-paced technology environments.
