About the role
About Us
The Ammortal Chamber brings together multiple scientifically backed technologies into one experience. The Chamber integrates science-backed modalities into one immersive session, designed for wellness clinics, professional and collegiate sports facilities, specialty spas, and the home.
We are a small team with a startup culture. After our first full year shipping a finished product on the market, we’ve shown strong growth. Our team is made up of engineers, health professionals, and startup entrepreneurs.
As we continue expanding, this role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to grow into leadership, and the chance to make a tangible impact by developing and delivering cutting-edge wellness technology. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to innovate and shape technologies that enhance well-being for our clients.
What is this role and why does it exist?
The Partner Operations Manager owns the journey from signed deal to a partner who is fully up and running.
This role is first and foremost about fulfillment
making sure installs are ready, on time, and set up correctly, then handing the accounts off cleanly to Partner Success. You'll keep Sales, Operations, and Partner Success moving in the same direction on the same dates, so every partner gets one clear path from commitment to activation. Beyond each deal, you'll own the fulfillment process itself, from the runbook and HubSpot pipeline to the reporting that shows where things slow down, and you'll keep improving it as we grow.
This role strengthens the foundation of Ammortal's mission to unlock human potential by making sure each Chamber arrives ready to deliver an exceptional experience from day one.
