Potential Shifts

A Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 6AM-6PM, Wed 6AM - Noon

B Shift: Wednesday Noon - 6PM, Thurs - Sat 6AM - 6PM

C Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 6PM-6AM, Wednesday 6PM - Midnight

About the Role

Join our manufacturing team as a Digital Print & Production Operator! In this fast-paced role, you will process digital data files, operate high-speed printing equipment, and stage finished products to meet critical customer deadlines. You will play a vital role in maintaining strict quality standards, minimizing material waste, and supporting a seamless production flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Print Operations: Process data files and operate multiple digital production printers simultaneously following daily production schedules.
  • Quality Control & ERP Tracking: Inspect printed output to ensure zero-defect quality standards. Log job completion, time, and materials accurately in the ERP work order system.
  • Workflow & Logistics: Stage printed jobs for finishing and lamination. Monitor inventory levels and organize pre-printed stock and warehouse materials.
  • Equipment Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine checks, place service calls for technical repairs, maintain a safe work area, and follow all PPE guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate proactively with supervisors and team leads to resolve data discrepancies and accommodate rush orders or schedule changes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn ERP software and digital printing systems.
  • High attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and a strong drive to deliver high-quality work.
  • Physical capability to stand for majority of the shift and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good visual acuity, including close vision and color vision to distinguish print quality.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or alternate shifts as business needs require.
