This role will be based in New York or San Francisco.

The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a star performer to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations across our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business. This person will own & evolve operational processes, own and evolve reporting, and help structure and evolve our innovation process (new offers and structures) for our core program which serves the very largest LMS customers. Our JBA team helps customers & sales win by pricing large strategic deals.
We need someone to help drive innovation by making real-time improvements to the processes & offers.

Responsibilities
- Scale an important growth program through continuous improvements to processes, insights, and measurement:
- Facilitate the structuring and pricing of large, strategic deals
- Develop process foundations to improve price governance, execution, market validation, & decision making
- Drive innovation and process changes to help speed and scale the pricing process
- Measure and track performance
- Extract and synthesize key results and prioritize for communication
- Recommend ways to evolve pricing frameworks, processes, and operations to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure scalability
- Work with Systems/SOPS/Data Science to enable robust data tracking, allowing for consistent, easily accessible and auto-generated dashboards & reports on KPIs and pricing metrics and ensure the right information reaches the right stakeholders.
- Partner closely with LinkedIn’s sales & sales operations professionals across all levels to structure and execute on strategic deals
- Lean in to communicate changes sales and marketing teams understand pricing processes
- Ensure that deals follow proper revenue, legal, and operational guidelines to maintain pricing integrity
- Enable the team to drive more deals, often liaising with all organizations involved in the agreement process to find strategic & operational improvements (finance, legal, order management, incentive owners, etc.etc.)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the deal team on pricing, systems configuration, deal strategy, and business matters
- Ensure success of new pricing programs by structuring offers, collecting feedback and making improvements to the pricing processes
- Drive iterative process innovation to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, or other similar roles
- Experience with Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in Microsoft Powerpoint
- BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing deals in the advertising space
- Strong communication skills, including experience, effectively communicating with senior management
- Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners towards team objectives
- Prior experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus
- Keen eye for detail

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $109,000 to $176,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
