Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology portfolio management, project delivery, and transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in information technology, data management, internal business systems, and security operations, with proven experience managing complex portfolios and transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects in a highly regulated, security-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, Agile methodologies, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, and operational risk management.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data governance, and enterprise security best practices.
