FreeLink Interpreting LLC is seeking a dedicated and personable Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships. You will play a crucial part in supporting our interpreting services by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in scheduling and managing interpreting appointments.
- Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve client issues or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with interpreting teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is highly desirable.
