The Opportunity

The Manager, Pricing and Strategy is a key member of the Revenue & Pricing Strategy team within Versant Digital Platforms & Ventures (DPV). This role reports into the Director, Pricing & Strategy and supports monetization, pricing, packaging, and revenue growth initiatives across a portfolio of leading digital businesses, including Golf and Fandango.

This role leads a small, high-impact team of analysts is responsible for translating team priorities into rigorous analysis, financial models, and actionable insights and recommendations that are aligned to business objectives and actionable at the executive level.

The role partners closely with senior leadership across Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to influence strategy, drive revenue performance, and achieve financial targets across Versant’s digital portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and a passion for translating insights into action.

Work Environment: This is a hybrid position based in Orlando, FL or Los Angeles, CA, requiring regular in-office collaboration alongside flexibility to work remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and execution of pricing and revenue growth initiatives across Versant DPV digital businesses through financial and market analysis, pricing and promotional recommendations, business case development, and performance measurement.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, providing clear direction, prioritization, and quality control while ensuring team deliverables are rigorous, timely, actionable, and grounded in business objectives and commercial realities
  • Shape and guide revenue growth strategy for DTC subscription products (GolfPass and Fandango Fanclub), including pricing, packaging, promotional design, financial forecasting, and loyalty program design to drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and performance metrics to support strategic pricing and revenue decisions across the Fandango DTC businesses which include Fandango Ticketing, Stream, and Rewards
  • Support B2B acquisition and retention strategy across Golf and Fandango through enterprise-level deal modeling, churn prediction models, and pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies that strengthen competitiveness and support expansion of long-term customer value.
  • Own pricing and revenue optimization strategy for the Golf business, overseeing tee time pricing frameworks, price testing roadmaps, sensitivity modeling, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into analytical roadmaps, ensuring pricing and revenue initiatives are aligned with short- and long-term strategic priorities.
  • Guide the development and application of advanced statistical, financial, and optimization models to support pricing decisions, revenue management, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to senior stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic levers to drive sustained revenue growth.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Decision Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical discipline. An MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree may substitute for up to 1–2 years of experience.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring analysts and owning complex, cross-functional deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), with strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on analytical work with higher-level planning and influence.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical insights to senior and executive leadership and influence strategic decisions.
