The Opportunity

Versant is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team supporting Fandango and its portfolio of businesses. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support across domestic and international operations.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position based in Orlando, FL with an expectation of working from the office a minimum of three days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and cash management across domestic and international business operations.
  • Develop, refine, and monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs), delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into business performance and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to support annual operating plans, long-range strategic planning, and financial goal setting.
  • Prepare executive- and leadership-level presentations, analyses, and reporting materials that clearly communicate financial performance and business trends.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities through financial analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Maintain and optimize financial planning systems, databases, and reporting structures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across finance, operations, and business leadership teams to support organizational priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, consulting, corporate development, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP, or similar financial planning and reporting systems.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to drive financial and operational outcomes.
  • Experience supporting media, digital, technology, entertainment, or consumer-facing businesses.
