The Source to Pay (S2P) Center of Excellence is looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to help transform S2P data into trusted insights for the business.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a strong analyst with SQL and business intelligence experience. You will write SQL to prepare and analyze data, build and maintain Power BI reporting, and replace manual processes with reliable automated workflows.
As our reporting and data capabilities continue to evolve, you will also help reduce manual reporting, strengthen KPI and data governance, and support the adoption of automation, self-service analytics and emerging AI enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that provide visibility into S2P performance and enable data driven decision making
- Demonstrate a strong track record of building and analyzing complex spend datasets, including the ability to integrate, structure, and interpret data across multiple sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of spend, suppliers, categories, and S2P Performance.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, anomalies, and actionable business insights, translating findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders,
- Partner with S2P stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting and underlying data.
- Support the development and governance of KPIs, metrics, data definitions, and taxonomy to create consistent views of S2P performance.
- Develop and automate data pipelines, analytical workflows, and recurring reporting processes with tools such as SQL, and business intelligence platforms to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Build and enhance self-service reporting and analytics capabilities that make insights more accessible to stakeholders,
- Troubleshoot data, reporting, and dashboard issues and partner with business and technical teams to resolve root causes.
- Support the evolution of AI enabled analytics and reporting capabilities, including identification of practical use cases that improve insight generation and decision support.
- Document reporting methodologies, data definitions, requirements and solutions to create repeatable processes and promote knowledge sharing.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives, visualizations, and recommendations that support executive decision making.
- Establish and maintain data governance practices that improve data integrity, ownership, definitions and usability across S2P reporting and analytics
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, analytics, information systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Demonstrated experience using SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
- Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards, including basic data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large or complex datasets and integrating data from multiple systems or sources, validating and reconciling data.
- Experience developing automated and scalable reporting solutions that reduce manual processes and improve data reliability.
- Hands on experience with modern data platforms and analytical environments, such as Databricks and Python for data analysis/automation.
- Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to reporting, workflows, data quality, or business decision support.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, or building AI workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Source to Pay, Strategic Sourcing or Procurement processes and systems, such as Zip, Coupa, Conga and ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business narratives and recommendations.

The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $146,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
