About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who can elevate HighLevel's product experiences through exceptional craft, product judgment and strong execution. You have spent 5+ years designing complex digital products and are ready to own meaningful work from early ambiguity through shipped outcomes.

As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners and other designers on cross-functional teams that own and improve key product experiences across the HighLevel platform. You will connect customer needs, business goals and technical constraints to clear, useful and highly polished product design.

We expect candidates at this level to demonstrate exceptional visual and interaction design judgment, practical systems thinking and the ability to carry work from discovery through delivery. You should care deeply about the standards that make product experiences feel refined, trustworthy and coherent.

Experience designing B2B SaaS, platform, CRM, workflow-heavy or SMB software experiences is highly valuable. Experience using AI-powered tools for exploration, prototyping, critique, synthesis or workflow acceleration is expected. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Own meaningful product areas from discovery through delivery, translating customer needs, business goals and technical constraints into clear experience direction
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners and designers to define, test and ship polished product experiences at scale
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insight to make design decisions and improve outcomes
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, interaction specifications and production-ready documentation
  • Design clear workflows, edge cases and failure states that help customers complete complex tasks with confidence
  • Strengthen design-system adoption and help teams use shared patterns across surfaces, devices and locales
  • Lead through ambiguity by iterating quickly, using feedback well and raising quality through critique, pairing and clear rationale
  • Support junior designers and partner teams with practical design guidance
  • Collaborate effectively across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, CRM, workflow-heavy or similarly complex digital product environments
  • An exceptionally strong portfolio that demonstrates product judgment, systems thinking, customer empathy, high-quality execution and measurable product impact
  • Proven experience across the design lifecycle, including research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content design and usability testing
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with deep care for hierarchy, layout, typography, grids, spacing, motion, usability, accessibility and product quality
  • Working knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns and scalable product experience decisions
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, intelligent interfaces, modern design tooling and fast prototyping practices
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work fluently with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners and other designers
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions, incorporate feedback and persuade through rationale, evidence and craft
  • Understanding of front-end implementation constraints and the ability to bridge practical gaps between design and code
  • Curiosity about users, data, systems, new tools, emerging technologies and better ways for teams to work

How You Work

  • You hold yourself to an unusually high bar for craft, visual sophistication and product quality
  • You move comfortably from customer insight and product strategy to detailed design execution
  • You balance speed, detail, scalability and quality without losing sight of the customer
  • You build trust through warmth, candor, accountability and genuine respect for your teammates as people
  • You enjoy collaborating across time zones and cultural contexts, including with US- and India-based teammates
  • You communicate in ways that help distributed teams work with clarity, care and momentum
  • You advocate for accessibility, inclusion and ethical design
