At AdvisaCare, our Scheduling Coordinators are the heart of our Private Duty team - connecting compassionate caregivers with the clients who depend on them. Every schedule you build helps ensure someone receives the care they need, exactly when they need it.

🕸️ What You'll Do
👻 Answer and support calls from caregivers, clients, and families
👻 Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives exceptional care
👻 Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and personality
👻 Maintain accurate scheduling, payroll, and care documentation
👻 Solve scheduling challenges with confidence and creativity
👻 Assist with office operations while supporting our growing care team
👻 Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure uninterrupted care when needed
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Healthcare, scheduling, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
✔ Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
