Tentang peran ini

The Director of Product & Technology leads the end-to-end build and ongoing evolution of the digital platform for ACCC's subsidiary. This is a hands-on, builder role: the Director is accountable for the technical architecture, UI/UX, API integrations, infrastructure, and AI-based data solutions that bring the platform to life, while also setting the strategic technology roadmap needed to support the subsidiary's growth and scale.

This role owns the platform roadmap and provides leadership across the full build lifecycle — from architecture and vendor selection through design, development, integration, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. The Director acts as the subsidiary's hands-on technology lead: scouting and managing IT partners and consultants, coordinating UI/UX and website development, and translating the subsidiary's business and growth needs into well-built, scalable, and measurable technology solutions.

Operating within the subsidiary's build phase, the Director owns the Product & Technology function and is responsible for establishing clear priorities, build milestones, scorecard measures, operating rhythms, and team or vendor accountabilities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

This job description does not limit management’s ability to assign or adjust duties and responsibilities at any time.

  • Develop and maintain ACCC’s digital product vision, strategy, multiyear roadmap, translating organizational priorities, client needs, and operational needs into actionable initiatives.
  • Establish product goals, business outcomes, success measures, and value propositions in partnership with business leaders.
  • Lead a structured process for evaluating, prioritizing and managing digital product requests based on strategic alignment, user impact, risk, effort, and expected value.
  • Balance new product development with enhancements, regulatory requirements, technical dependencies, platform maintenance, and defect resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital client experiences, employee tools, self-service capabilities, and operational workflows.
  • Own end-to-end technical architecture and infrastructure decisions (hosting, security, scalability) for the subsidiary's platform.
  • Coordinate UI/UX design and the overall user experience across the platform, working with designers and consultants as needed.
  • Scope, evaluate, and manage API integrations with third-party data, marketing, and financial-wellness platforms.
  • Lead website development and ongoing technical build-out of the ConsumerCredit.com platform.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-based data solutions to support personalization, lead qualification, and intelligent routing.
  • Own technical feasibility assessment, architecture decisions, and solution design — directly or in partnership with outsourced development and infrastructure partners — translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing, launch readiness, communications, training coordination, implementation, and post-launch support.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, user feedback, and business impact, using results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain visibility into product priorities, active initiatives, risks, dependencies, and progress, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Product & Technology team, and manage outsourced development and consulting partners.
  • Scout, evaluate, and manage relationships with IT vendors, development agencies, and technology consultants supporting the platform build.
  • Ensure digital products incorporate accessibility, privacy, security, compliance, and operational considerations.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, technology, digital strategy, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management, software/platform development, technology strategy, or a related discipline, with direct hands-on technical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with web/platform development, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure — this is not purely a managing-others role.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI/ML-based data or personalization solutions.
  • Experience scouting, selecting, and managing technology vendors, development agencies, or consultants.
  • Experience building digital products or platforms in an early-stage, startup, or 0-to-1 environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital products from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Experience managing teams and leading cross functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of product roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, testing, implementation, and product performance measurement.
  • Experience partnering with technology, operations, marketing, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial services, consumer services, fintech, nonprofit organizations, or another regulated environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management skills, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy, manage digital roadmaps, and lead products through the full lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to translate business needs, user feedback, and operational challenges into clear product requirements and actionable priorities.
  • Experience with digital platforms, web and mobile products, self-service tools, workflow automation, testing, and product performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills, with an understanding of user experience, accessibility, privacy, security, and compliance considerations.
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, lead-generation platforms, or consumer fintech products.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical execution with strategic planning for growth and scale.
