Role Overview
ID.me's Recruiting Operations team keeps the hiring process efficient, compliant, and candidate-centered from the first touchpoint through a new hire's first few months on the job. This role owns two connected pieces of that
Experience
telling ID.me's employer brand story to prospective candidates, and owning new hire onboarding communications.
As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll execute ID.me's talent marketing plan across the careers site, LinkedIn Life page, Glassdoor, and social channels, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and Marketing/Communications to share employee stories and team highlights that give candidates an honest picture of what it's like to work here.
You'll also own onboarding communications in Enboarder end to end, from offer acceptance through a new hire's first 90 days — and you'll show up in person too, presenting at new hire orientation to welcome incoming employees and get them excited about joining ID.me. Day to day, you'll use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to help draft content and summarize engagement data, applying judgment about when a human review is needed.
