Job Title: Online Sales Support
Primary Objective: Growing customer loyalty and retention through order processing and post-sale support.
Primary Functions: This position is responsible for order processing and customer service according to operational service levels.
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Scheduled Hours: Mon-Fri / 40hrs/week / 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Working Arrangement: Onsite for 6 months, then eligibility for Hybrid (4 onsite / 1 offsite) may be considered.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Calls and emails customers to confirm order information, including product ordered, business name, and phone number.
- Processes sales orders in NetSuite and online platforms.
- Returns, updates, and cancels orders as needed.
- Notifies customers about lead-time changes.
- Generates freight quotes and schedules pickups with support from the Logistics Department.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by diagnosing and resolving customer issues according to operational service levels.
- Meets the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Displays enthusiasm, sincerity, and professionalism when responding to customer requests and questions.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with customers, management, and other departments within the organization.
- Provides customers with product and service information, including manufacturer warranty policies and product manuals, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned related to the continuous improvement of team performance, processes, and client satisfaction.

Education and Training
- Has 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Has knowledge of online and marketplace platforms and practices; preferred.
