FreeLink Interpreting LLC provides interpreting and language-access services for organizations operating in healthcare, legal, court, government, and business settings. As Logistics Manager, you will play a central role in keeping service delivery running smoothly across a dynamic client portfolio. This role is focused on operational execution, coordination, and continuous improvement, helping ensure that interpreter resources are aligned with client needs and that internal processes support a high standard of service.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen workflows, solve issues quickly, and support a reliable experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of language-access services.
- Coordinate interpreter scheduling and resource allocation across multiple client accounts.
- Monitor service fulfillment metrics and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate operational records and support process standardization across programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing logistics, scheduling, or service delivery operations.
- Experience coordinating high-volume staffing across multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience using operational analysis to track KPIs and resolve bottlenecks.
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and operational reporting tools.
