• Good verbal and non-verbal communication and relationship building skills;
• Structured and organized working style, as well as the ability to think outside of the box
• Good PowerPoint and design skills, no developer skills needed
• Solid communication skills in written and spoken English, German is advantageous

What you`ll do

The SAP Data & Analytics team is looking for a working student to join our Executive Management Office, reporting to the Chief of Staff for SAP Data & Analytics. In this role, you'll work closely with our management & customer office team, and the D&A leadership team to ensure seamless administration, coordination, effective communication, and successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives.

Summary

• Board Meeting Preparation: Support end-to-end board meeting preparation including presentations, materials, pre-read distribution, and timely responses to board requests
• Action Items & Follow-Ups: Maintain a live action item list; chase owners, escalate delays, and compile program status updates
• Customer Office Support: Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and background materials for customer engagements
• Project Support: Contribute to internal D&A Executive Management Office projects and support prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and ad hoc requests
• Events: Own content preparation for leadership events, offsites, and external engagements including agendas, presentations, and briefing materials
