Über die Rolle

WHITEHAT is Greece’s leading HubSpot Solutions Partner, specializing in WebOps, HubSpot CMS and complex digital projects for scaling and enterprise-level organizations.

As a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner and one of fewer than 100 agencies worldwide holding the HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation, we design and deliver scalable websites and digital experiences that connect content, technology and business goals.

We work with ambitious organizations on high-impact projects, bringing together strategy, design, development and platform expertise. Our work spans website builds, redesigns, migrations and ongoing optimization, with CRM, marketing automation and analytics integrated where they support the wider customer experience.

We move fast. We think in systems. We care about clarity. And we take pride in building digital experiences that are effective, adaptable and easy to manage.

Our mission is to help organizations create digital experiences that support growth today and can evolve as their needs, technologies and customer expectations change.

The Role

You will own the day-to-day delivery framework for WebOps projects, including website builds, redesigns, CMS implementations, migrations, integrations, and optimization work. You will work closely with clients, designers, developers, content specialists, and marketing or CRM consultants. You are accountable for the project plan and delivery process; technical and creative decisions remain with the relevant specialists.

The right candidate is organized, clear in communication, comfortable managing several workstreams, and able to turn business goals into a realistic plan that a team can deliver.

HubSpot CMS & WebOps Project Management

  • Lead website development projects from initial strategy through implementation.
  • Oversee HubSpot CMS website builds, ensuring seamless execution of design, content, and development.
  • Manage website migrations and replatforming projects, ensuring minimal downtime and SEO impact.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure alignment between website goals and business objectives.
  • Ensure that HubSpot CMS websites are optimized for SEO, AEO, performance, and conversions.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between developers, marketers, and clients, ensuring smooth project workflows.
  • Facilitate team stand-ups, sprint planning, and project status meetings to keep projects on track.
  • Apply Growth-Driven Design (GDD) principles to support continuous website improvement.
  • Use a structured project management approach, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, to support collaboration and efficient delivery.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Implement automation tools and workflows to streamline website management and updates.
  • Ensure HubSpot websites integrate with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and accessibility to support a positive user experience.
  • Identify bottlenecks in website production workflows and implement solutions to improve scalability.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring project expectations are met.
  • Conduct website training sessions for clients, empowering them to manage and optimize their HubSpot CMS.
  • Provide ongoing guidance on best practices for website governance, data security, and lead conversion tracking.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing website, digital, CMS, or technology implementation projects.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of website delivery, CMS platforms, UX/UI, content workflows, SEO, AEO, analytics, and web performance.
  • Ability to build and maintain project plans, track effort or budgets, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate changes clearly.
  • Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Growth-Driven Design; able to adapt the method to the project rather than apply ceremonies mechanically.
  • Fluent professional English; Greek language skills are an advantage for local client work.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g. PSM, CSM) are highly valued.

Experience

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or another enterprise CMS.
  • Experience with website migrations, integrations, or multi-market websites.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • HubSpot CMS knowledge or relevant certifications. HubSpot-specific experience is helpful, but training can be provided.

Benefits

  • Work on varied websites, WebOps, CRM, and digital transformation projects with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
  • Opportunities for professional development across project delivery, CMS, automation, and MarTech.
  • Access to HubSpot Academy learning resources and relevant professional communities.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Your birthday off.
