HR & Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR & Marketing Intern to support our HR and marketing activities. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, internal communication, content creation, digital marketing, and events, while collaborating with different teams across the company.

*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and employee records
• Support internal and external communications and company announcements
• Assist with content creation for LinkedIn and other communication channels
• Help manage company communications strategy
• Support the organization with company events
• Assist with presentations, reports, and research
• Support HR and communication projects as needed

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Canva or other design tools
• Previous experience or academic projects in HR, Marketing, or Communications

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• Eligibility for a university-recognized internship under a tripartite agreement
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with different departments
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and AI tools
