What to expect

As a Postgraduate Working Student in Accounting, you will become part of our Finance team and gain practical experience in a professional, international environment. You will support day-to-day accounting operations, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and continuously develop your skills while contributing to meaningful business activities.

Task Description

• Support the Accounting team with daily bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
• Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.
• Maintain and organize accounting records and documentation.
• Support account reconciliations and data entry activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding financial and administrative matters.
• Contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives within the Finance department.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Very good command of English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
