The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the organization's hiring needs by delivering an effective and engaging end-to-end recruitment experience for candidates and Hiring Managers. The role manages end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions, while contributing to talent pipelines, recruitment systems and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Key activities and responsibilities of the role include
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from job briefing and posting through sourcing, interviewing, offer and hiring.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and support effective and timely hiring decisions.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through appropriate channels and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews and coordinate the overall selection process.
- Ensure consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment information within the ATS and support effective use of recruitment tools.
- Monitor recruitment progress and contribute to TA reporting and KPIs.
- Support Employer Branding, career events, university relations and talent attraction initiatives.
- Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners when required.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, in Psychology or a related field. Master’s degree in Human Resources is an asset
- 2–4 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within an in-house environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms; experience with Workable would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, interviewing and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Comfortable working with recruitment data and reporting.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek & English.
