For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Front Office Team Leader to join the Elix team in Perdika, Thesprotia.
The Role
As Front Office Team Leader, you will coordinate the reception, guest relations, porter and doorman teams at Elix, supporting daily operations and guest service.
A Day in the Job
You support colleagues across shifts and help the team respond to guests’ needs.
Here's what a typical day at Elix could look like
- You supervise reception, guest relations, porters and doormen, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed.
- You support all shifts and schedule the team’s working hours.
- You handle guest complaints, meet guest requests and respond to guest emails.
- You train the front office team.
- You monitor stock and office supplies.
- You ensure that company policies and security requirements are met.

Is This You?
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a luxury five-star hotel.
- A degree in Hospitality Management.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Fidelio.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
