What to expect
As a Postgraduate Working Student in Human Resources, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of Human Resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR projects. You will work closely with the HR team, contribute to process improvements, support HR reporting and analytics, and develop practical experience in modern HR operations within an international business environment.
Task Description
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare employment documents, certificates, and HR-related correspondence.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and up to date.
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings and applicant management.
- Help organize onboarding sessions, internal events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives.
- Support reporting, HR analytics, and documentation.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social or Economic Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage.
