Responsibilities
- Conducts audits on public databases to prevent and predict bad debts in collaboration with the other units of the Overdue Debt Management Sector
- Is responsible for the systematic processing and visualization of portfolio data under their responsibility, aiming at regular updates and planning of any necessary actions
- Manages court debt settlements and monitors the progress of collections and levels of bad debts
- Identifies areas for improvement with the aim of maximizing revenues and minimizing bad debts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Economic Sciences or Law
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics will be considered an additional qualification
- Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in the management of overdue customer debts
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
