We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Renewable Energy
Marmol Integrated LLC is continuing to build its capabilities in renewable energy and energy transition solutions, as part of its ambition to develop an Omani platform capable of supporting strategic projects in Oman and the region.
We are looking for an ambitious and high-potential candidate to join us as:
Project Manager – Renewable Energy
This is not a traditional project coordination role. It is an opportunity to join Marmol at an important stage of growth and contribute to building a specialized portfolio across solar energy, wind energy, energy storage, green hydrogen, technical advisory, advanced inspection, drone-enabled solutions, and asset digitalization.
We are looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of project management, technical understanding, client engagement, commercial thinking, and opportunity development.
The Role
The selected candidate will support and coordinate renewable energy projects from opportunity development through proposal preparation, client engagement, delivery follow-up, and execution support.
The role will also contribute to building professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and local and international partners.
This position will have direct exposure to Marmol’s energy growth agenda and the potential to progress into broader leadership responsibilities as the company’s renewable energy portfolio expands.
Key Focus Areas
Manage and coordinate renewable energy projects.
Support solar, wind, energy storage, and green hydrogen opportunities.
Prepare and review technical-commercial proposals, tenders, RFQs, and BOQs.
Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, actions, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Support technical inspection, thermal inspection, drone services, and asset digitalization solutions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
Support business development and help convert opportunities into active projects.
Contribute to building an integrated renewable energy service line within Marmol.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive, structured, and ambitious professional with:
Minimum 4 years of experience in renewable energy or related technical projects.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy, project management, or a related field as a minimum requirement.
Good understanding of project management, tenders, technical-commercial proposals, and client coordination.
Experience in solar, wind, energy storage, hydrogen, EPC projects, or energy consultancy is an advantage.
Strong English communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work with technical teams, commercial teams, and external partners.
Driving license is an advantage.
