We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP IM&T Consultant – Supply Chain to lead and support strategic digital transformation initiatives across our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Supply Chain solutions, driving business transformation, and delivering industry best practices.
This role requires deep functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and SAP IBP, combined with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and business transformation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain transformation initiatives using SAP best practices.
- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process redesign.
- Configure and optimize SAP MM processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Material Master.
- Lead Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives utilizing SAP Ariba.
- Implement SAP IBP planning solutions including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, and S&OP.
- Define and implement supply chain master data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, SAP Business Network, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive organizational change and user adoption.
- Support governance, programme delivery, benefits realization, and KPI tracking throughout transformation programmes.
Required Experience
The successful candidate should demonstrate proven experience in the following areas:
Supply Chain Transformation
- End-to-end Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) transformation programmes.
- Business process re-engineering and Target Operating Model design.
- Digital Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
- Executive stakeholder management.
SAP S/4HANA
- Minimum one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration within Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of future-state supply chain architecture.
SAP MM

- MRP and replenishment processes

Qualifications
