Bin Al Sheikh Holding is a diversified business group with operations across Real Estate, Contracting, Construction, Trading, and other commercial sectors. We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Oman Branch, The Village.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oman. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance with Oman Labour Law. The role also includes implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting training and development, and partnering with management to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of Oman Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
