Role Overview
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving leasing strategy, maximizing occupancy, and optimizing tenant mix across Al Meera Malls in Oman. The role focuses on enhancing commercial performance, footfall, and overall asset value through strategic tenant selection and strong market positioning.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of total professional experience in leasing, real estate, or property management
- Minimum 2–5 years in a managerial or supervisor role
- Proven track record in retail or shopping mall leasing
- Experience in developing, executing, and managing tenant mix strategies
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, including supply, demand, and competitor positioning
- Hands-on experience in the Oman market is essential
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new tenants aligned with the desired tenant mix
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform leasing decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure optimal tenant mix to enhance customer experience and maximize footfall
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support tenant performance and promotions
- Monitor leasing KPIs including occupancy rates, rental yields, and tenant performance
