We are currently hiring for an exceptional Qatari with treasury background for the role of Analyst - Capital Markets.
The role will focus on evaluating project finance options (debt, equity, debt financing, managing global FX/ interest rate exposures, maintaining relationships with regional and international banking syndicates, and optimizing daily liquidity.
The Ideal candidate should be
- Qatari with 4+ years of experience in corporate treasury or capital markets.
- A bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Certified CFA, CTP (preferred) with extensive Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and familiarity with TMS or ERPs.
Capital Markets and Corporate Financing
- Assisting in structuring and executing corporate financing transactions, including syndicated loans, Sukuk/ bond issuances, project level debt, and refinancing facilities.
- Building and updating detailed financial models to evaluate capital structure options, cost of capital, debt service coverage ratios and leverage capacity across projects.
- Help prepare credit pitch books, lender presentations, documentation for rating agencies, international banks and sovereign partners.
Treasury and Cash Operations
- Monitoring daily corporate cash positions, tracking global bank balances across subsidiaries, and preparing short to long term rolling cash flow forecasts.
- Acting as an operational point of contact for local and international financial institutions for credit lines, escrow accounts, trade finance and account operations.
- Analyzing FX interest rate risks and support the execution of derivative/ hedging strategies.
Reporting & Compliance
- Tracking loan covenants, reporting deadlines, and debt maturity profiles across all active development and asset portfolios.
- Preparing regular treasury dashboards, capital market updates, yield analysis, and board level briefing notes on global macroeconomic trends.
