GIIS Specialist - Saudi Only

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated GIS Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will support GIS projects through spatial data collection, processing, analysis, visualization, map production, and geodatabase management. The role requires good technical knowledge of GIS platforms and an ability to work effectively with project and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain geospatial and attribute data.
• Create professional maps, dashboards, and GIS-based reports according to project requirements.
• Perform spatial analysis, geoprocessing, data conversion, and data quality checks.
• Manage and update geodatabases and GIS datasets.
• Work with vector and raster datasets from multiple sources.
• Support data integration between GIS platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Perform coordinate system transformations and ensure spatial data accuracy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining GIS applications and web maps.
• Support field data collection and integration when required.
• Prepare GIS documentation, reports, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand GIS requirements.
• Ensure GIS data complies with project standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical support for GIS-related project activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Geospatial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant GIS experience.
• Saudi National.
• Good knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Experience with spatial analysis, geoprocessing, map production, and geodatabase management.
• Understanding of coordinate systems, projections, and spatial data formats.
• Familiarity with Web GIS concepts and applications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
