Job Summary
- Shall be able to perform Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning activities for 400kV and 132kV transmission equipment, including GIS, transformers, shunt/series reactors, LVAC and earthing.
- Shall validate the safe receipt of dispatched equipment/materials, supervise contractor installation, testing and commissioning works, and witness site testing activities.
- Shall have experience in validating approved drawings, preparing marked-up/as-built drawings, and knowledge of IEC and IEEE standards related to switchgear and transformers. Knowledge of project management, health & safety, method statements, risk assessments, SAP/PMI and MS Office applications is required. Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
