Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in stakeholder and interface management for major sewerage, wastewater, tunnelling or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience as Stakeholder Manager or equivalent on large-scale infrastructure projects with multiple public and private stakeholders.
Manage coordination with Client, Consultant, Contractor, government authorities, utility providers, municipalities and local communities.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, communication and interface management plans.
Identify stakeholder requirements, resolve conflicts and facilitate timely approvals, permits, agreements and project decisions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related discipline; GCC experience on major infrastructure/sewerage projects preferred.
Minimum 10 years of stakeholder management in with experience of at least 3 projects of similar scope, Fluency in Arabic is desirable
