RMA Engineer

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of returned products (RMA).
• Diagnose mechanical and thermal-related issues and identify potential root causes.
• Repair, test, and validate returned products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document inspection results, repair activities, and test findings accurately.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve product issues and follow up on corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in RMA, product repair, troubleshooting, or a similar hands-on technical role.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, thermal solutions, or cooling systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and basic quality control processes.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the data center, server, or electronics industry is a plus.
