🌟 About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and quality-driven Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team.

In this role, you'll oversee quality assurance strategies, establish testing standards, and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality products and systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain exceptional quality across all stages of development.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide quality assurance strategies and testing frameworks 📊
• Lead, mentor, and manage QA engineers and testing teams
• Define QA standards, processes, and best practices across software development projects
• Oversee manual, automated, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure product quality throughout the SDLC
• Monitor quality metrics, identify risks, and recommend process improvements
• Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and organizational policies
• Evaluate and implement modern QA tools, automation frameworks, and testing technologies

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Passion for quality, innovation, and continuous process improvement

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in senior QA leadership or quality management roles
• Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter, Postman, or Appium
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and cloud platforms is highly desirable
• Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an advantage
