Lead AI Solutions Architect

About the Role Our client, a globally recognized leader in technological innovation, is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead AI Solutions Architect to be based in Shakhura, Bahrain. This pivotal role involves designing and overseeing the implementation of complex AI-driven solutions across various business units. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical AI strategies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the AI landscape, including machine learning, deep learning, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering. Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI solutions, from conceptualization to deployment. Define technical architecture for AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and provide AI-driven solutions. Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, platforms, and tools. Oversee the development and integration of AI models into existing systems.

Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions. Develop best practices for AI development, deployment, and MLOps. Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI strategy.

Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture and solutions. Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services. Expertise in machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and databases. Strong understanding of MLOps principles and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
