About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of UAE accounting and tax compliance, with strong experience in AML, VAT Registration, and Corporate Tax Registration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Manage bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist clients with VAT Registration and VAT-related compliance.
- Handle Corporate Tax Registration and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with tax-related submissions.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities when required.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance tasks.
- Stay updated with UAE tax and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of AML requirements and compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of VAT Registration in the UAE.
- Hands-on knowledge of Corporate Tax Registration in the UAE.
- Good understanding of UAE accounting and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in business setup, accounting firms, tax consultancy, or corporate services will be preferred.
